BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT FOR ALL PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE USES OF THIS SERVICE.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use any part of this website. IMP Digital Mail reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of all changes.

1. Copyrights

Unless otherwise stated, IMP Digital Mail owns all copyright and data rights in the service and its contents. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or prepare derivative works without written consent from IMP Digital Mail or the appropriate owner.

IMP Digital Mail does not claim ownership of your uploaded content ("Your Content"). You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the materials you submit.

2. Reporting Copyright Violations

IMP Digital Mail respects intellectual property rights and may remove content or terminate accounts for infringement. To submit a claim please contact us.

Notifications must include all required elements under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).

3. Trademark

All brand names, logos, and product names are proprietary to IMP Digital Mail or third parties. No license or right to use them is granted by this website.

4. Privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms.

5. Conduct

You may not disrupt the service, provide false information, attempt to hide your identity, or submit content you do not have rights to. IMP Digital Mail does not endorse third-party content.

6. International Use

You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct, data export, and content.

7. Termination

IMP Digital Mail may remove content, terminate accounts, or discontinue services at any time, without notice, for violations or inactivity. Paid accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.

8. Account Credit & Expiration

Credits purchased through IMP Digital Mail are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. IMP Digital Mail may deactivate accounts inactive for 24 months and delete stored data.

9. Trial Offers, Automatic Enrollment & Cancellation

Free trials begin immediately upon registration and convert to paid plans unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Monthly subscriptions require 3 days' cancellation notice. Annual plans require 10 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. IMP Digital Mail may charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of discounted periods.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold IMP Digital Mail harmless against claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these Terms.

11. Availability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. IMP Digital Mail may modify or discontinue services without notice or liability.

12. External Links

IMP Digital Mail is not responsible for third-party websites, content, or losses resulting from their use.

13. Third-Party Software

Third-party software provided through the service is subject to each provider's own terms. IMP Digital Mail provides no warranties for such software.

14. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

IMP DIGITAL MAIL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

IMP Digital Mail is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive) arising from use of the service. In no event shall liability exceed the amounts you paid to IMP Digital Mail.

15. General Legal Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IMP Digital Mail. Utah law governs all disputes, which must be resolved in Salt Lake County courts unless arbitration is required.

16. Data Privacy & Security

IMP Digital Mail is committed to robust data protection and complies with GDPR and HIPAA-aligned security standards when applicable.

16.1 Data Ownership & Non-Disclosure

User-uploaded data remains the sole property of the account holder. IMP Digital Mail does not sell or rent customer data.

16.2 Data Security Measures

We employ encryption, access controls, and risk assessments to protect personal data.

16.3 Regulatory Compliance

We provide tools for GDPR compliance and operate under HIPAA-aligned security protocols when handling PHI, though IMP Digital Mail is not a covered entity.
